The first Ctrl+c copies the text to clipboard, and when another Ctrl+c is pressed fast the program orders Windows to speak the text in clipboard. Maybe if the user sets a text-to-speech voice in the opposite gender he/she would understand better as he/she would listen more carefully to what the speech is saying since it's in the opposite gender. Select from the right side the voices you want, and choose "random" if you want each time a random voice (from the selected ones) to speak, or "sequential" if you want the chosen voice pointer to loop on all selected voices.
